Why I consolidated my analytics, heatmaps, and Stripe data into one dashboard

I was tired of jumping between three different tabs to understand my business health. I had different tools for heatmaps, GA4 for traffic, and Stripe for the actual numbers.

The biggest pain point was not knowing how a specific Github deployment impacted my conversion rate in real-time. So, I decided to build a centralized solution using my existing stack (Next.js, Supabase, Cloudflare).

The goal was one script, zero configuration, and direct revenue attribution. It’s been a game changer for my focus. For those of you building in public: do you prefer specialized tools for every metric, or are you also moving towards a more consolidated "all-in-one" view?

That GitHub deploy → conversion visibility gap is very real — most people track metrics, but not causality.

The all-in-one view makes sense for focus, but I’m curious — how are you seeing builders validate which changes actually move revenue vs just correlating spikes? That layer feels tricky without structured testing.

I’ve been noticing some founders run small, high-intent experiments (fixed low entry, capped spots, strong upside) alongside tools like this to quickly test what actually converts — surprisingly effective for turning insights into real revenue.

Feels like that could complement what you’re building really well. Have you explored something like that?

Urgently looking for a US-based Full-Stack Developer to Collaborate (50/50 Partnership)

    Hey everyone 👋

I’m a full-stack developer with experience in Node.js, React, and building scalable web applications. I’m currently looking to collaborate with a US-based developer on a SaaS or startup idea.

    What I’m looking for:

    • A developer based in the United States
    • Strong in either frontend, backend, or full-stack
    • Interested in building and launching real products (not just side experiments)
    • Open to a 50/50 partnership (shared ownership and benefits)

    What I bring:

    • Solid full-stack development experience
    • Experience working with modern web technologies
    • Focus on building scalable and production-ready systems
    • Willingness to commit long-term and actually ship

    Goal:
To build and launch a product together — validate ideas, iterate fast, and grow it into something meaningful (SaaS, AI tool, or web platform).

If you’re interested, feel free to comment or DM me. Happy to jump on a quick call and explore ideas together.
Or you can just drop an email here [email protected]

    Looking forward to connecting!
