Why I created a simple Android App Safety Guide

I started Android App Safety Guide after noticing how often everyday Android users install apps without fully understanding permissions, data access, or potential risks.

Many people I’ve talked to assume that if an app works, it must be safe. In reality, small things like excessive permissions or outdated apps can affect privacy and device performance over time.

This project is a simple educational guide focused on helping users make better decisions when installing and managing Android apps. It’s not a tool or an app, just a practical resource based on common issues users face daily.

The guide is maintained as an independent reference and published on:

https://www.androidponsel.com

I’m treating this as a side project and a learning experience, especially around structuring useful content and understanding how people approach mobile security in real life.

If you’ve worked on content-driven or educational side projects, I’d love to hear how you keep them useful and up to date.
