As someone who is just starting up, one of the biggest challenges I face is understanding what my users really wanted. The first projects that I launched( focusdoro.com and codetoflow.com), generated way less revenue than my expectations. This experience made me understand that building first might not be the best approach.
Then I started reading about Paul Graham essays and found the concept of making something people want. But the next question was how do I understand better what people actually want.
With LLMs rising in popularity, I thought what if I could have an advance llm ask questions for me while users browse and then hacked a simple script to do that on feedaiback. That gave me good results and helped me change couple of things about the product. But in the end it made me realise that wasn't something people wanted.
Post this I thought what if this could be built as a tool to allow other startup founders to understand their users better and then spent the next 6 months building this and taking feedback from users.
Feedaiback.com helps you create better and more lovable products by engaging your users in personalized, AI-driven conversations. We adapt questions based on user responses, uncovering crucial insights, identifying growth areas, & provide actionable feedback to help you improve your product.
I hope this helps some people reach the goal and dream of building a great product. I will be launching this soon and would love your feedback on the feedaiback.
