Why I’m Building a 0% Fee Freelancing Platform — Powered by Web3
Hey everyone 👋
I’m building TaskForce Web3 — a decentralized freelance platform that eliminates platform fees, payment delays, and account restrictions.
I’ve freelanced online and noticed how traditional platforms charge up to 20% commission, delay payouts by days or even weeks, and control everything — from your profile to your funds.
So I decided to build something that works differently:
✅ 0% platform commission
✅ Instant payments (via smart contracts)
✅ Wallet login — no KYC, no tracking
✅ $TASK utility token (presale & airdrop live)It’s built on Ethereum Layer-2 (Base) for fast, low-cost transactions, and it's fully open to anyone — freelancers, clients, or early adopters who believe in real crypto utility.
I’m solo-building everything (smart contracts, frontend, deployment) and learning a ton along the way.

How do you build trust and handle dispute resolution without a central platform cut?
That’s a very important point — and we’ve designed TaskForce to handle it without sacrificing decentralization or charging platform fees.
Here’s how we plan to build trust and manage disputes:
Reputation System
Each user (client or freelancer) builds a verifiable on-chain reputation over time — based on completed tasks, reviews, and wallet history. This helps users choose who to trust, just like on traditional platforms, but fully decentralized.
Smart Contract Escrow
When a task is posted, funds are locked in a smart contract. Freelancers complete the task, and clients approve release. If either party is dissatisfied, funds remain locked until resolved.
Community-Based Resolution (DAO-style)
For disputes, both sides can submit proof (screenshots, messages, work) and a pool of neutral TaskForce community members (with good rep) can vote on the outcome. This is like a decentralized jury system, with no middlemen.
AI-Powered Moderation (Optional Add-on Later)
We’re exploring optional AI tools that can help flag mismatched task expectations or auto-analyze disputes to assist community jurors.
