Hey Indie Hackers,
I’m building Trenith AI, a small product for SaaS founders who use Stripe.
The problem I’m starting with is simple: Stripe has the revenue data, but founders still have to dig around to understand what actually changed.
MRR moved, subscriptions changed, someone churned, a payment failed, expansion happened — but the bigger question is usually:
What changed, why did it happen, and what should I look at next?
So I’m building Trenith AI as a weekly revenue brief for founders. Instead of checking another analytics dashboard every day, the goal is to send a simple Monday summary that explains:
MRR changes
new and canceled subscriptions
churn signals
failed payments
expansion and contraction
important revenue movements
suggested things to review next
I’m starting with Stripe because it is focused and useful for early SaaS businesses. Long term, I want Trenith AI to become more like a practical business operator that helps founders understand and act on data across their tools.
Right now, I’m opening the beta and keeping the scope intentionally small.
I’d love feedback from other founders:
What revenue metric do you check every week, and what do you wish Stripe made easier to understand?
