Why I shut down a profitable service business and switched to SaaS

Starting my online business journey was not easy. with no background in marketing or operations, it was an uphill battle getting something up and running. But kept trying everything.

Leads Forge was my first success after launching it with a friend of mine, we got good traffic from the product hunt and newsletter features and that converted into clients.

The issue was our process was not scalable this first came into perspective during a call with an investor, he pointed out that we can't handle 1000 users each month with our current offering "He was right!".

So I kept trying to figure out ways we could solve this problem, but it's not the offer it's the nature of our business model!

With a service-based business, you can only fulfill a limited amount of requests.

That's when I decided to go all in SaaS. now I'm doing a challenge of shipping 12 products in one year.

I will be sharing my learnings with you guys on Twitter https://twitter.com/adib_zouiten
