Why I stopped building one "General AI Tool" and launched 4 niche landing pages instead

Hey Indie Hackers, Raushan back again. In my last post, I shared how I added batch processing and trust signals based on your feedback. But the biggest lesson I learned this week wasn't about a feature—it was about positioning.

The Realization: I realized that "PDF to Excel" is a commodity. But "Bank Statement to Excel" or "Invoice Data Extraction" is a workflow. People don't just want a converter; they want their specific problem to vanish. So, instead of one "catch-all" landing page, I spent the last few days splitting Safeoid into 4 distinct vertical solutions:

  1. Bank Statement Parser: Optimized for those long, multi-page financial documents that usually break AI.

  2. Invoice Extraction: Zero-template extraction for the "messy invoice" nightmare.

  3. AI Form Builder: For when you need to collect the data before you extract it.

  4. The "Classic" PDF to Excel: Our core zero-template engine.

Why I did this: I’m a student solo-founder. I don't have a $100k marketing budget. I have to win on SEO and Relevance. By creating these niche pages, I’m targeting people searching for specific solutions rather than generic tools.

The Goal: I want Safeoid to be the "Swiss Army Knife" for anyone stuck in manual data entry hell. Whether you're an accountant, a logistics manager, or a freelancer, there's now a specific door for you to walk through.

I need your "Product Sense" one more time: I’ve launched these 4 new pages today:

The Question: Does the messaging on these pages feel "expert" enough? If you were a business owner looking for an invoice solution, would you trust a "zero-template" AI, or does it still sound like "magic"?

Also, I'm still honoring the LAUNCH50 code for the IH family. Stress-test these new parsers and tell me where they break!
