Why I vibe-coded an angry AI owl to cure my procrastination πŸ¦‰πŸ”₯ (Launched today!)

Hey Indie Hackers! πŸ‘‹

I’m moonblood2077, and I have a confession: I’m a chronic procrastinator.

I tried all the standard productivity apps. Gentle reminders, aesthetic to-do lists, soft pomodoro timers... none of it worked. When I start doomscrolling, a polite "Hey, don't forget your tasks!" just isn't enough. I realized I needed tough love.

So, I decided to build my own solution using the 'vibe-coding' approach. Meet OWL THAT WISE.

It’s an AI accountability partner that literally does not care about your feelings. Whenever you try to procrastinate, this owl delivers a brutally honest, personalized roast to snap you back to reality. It's tough love, but it's exactly the kind of shock therapy I needed to actually get things done.

Building this has been an incredible dopamine rush, and today, I'm taking the big leap: We are LIVE on Product Hunt! πŸš€

As a fellow solo builder, I would love for the IH community to check it out, get roasted by the owl, and share your feedback. Your support means the world to me!

This is a fun concept β€” sometimes a bit of external pressure (even from an AI πŸ˜„) can actually help with focus.

Have you thought about gamifying it further or adding streaks to keep people coming back?
