Why I'm building SWARM

After 20 years designing for startups, I have seen too many great ideas die in the chaos. SWARM is my answer. It is a design framework that helps founders cut product noise, find clarity, and move faster.

I will be sharing real-world lessons from consulting and product work as I develop SWARM into something founders can use themselves.
