On 2020 I did my first stint as an IH.
I had a problem, and the outline of an idea.
As I developed the product, I quickly encountered 4 unforseen problems:
I solved each of those issues on the go.
But it was mentally draining and I was hardly effective.
Last time I knew 2 months ahead of quitting my job I would become an IH.
Today, I'm one month away of finishing a full-time consulting gig.
And now I'm focusing my energy of getting the strategy right.
I found great examples online, and a template for writing a business plan.
I'm not going with the familiar lean business canvas.
I did it last time, and was not enough.
So far I've made progress at:

[ ] A marketing strategy.
[ ] Operations & Mangements.
[ ] Capitalization & Financial plan.
