Why is it so difficult to convince people of something you know that works?
I often see people struggling with things I've struggled with ten years before but I still can't get them with the correct mindset or see a change in attitude.
It looks like people enjoy experiencing failure on their own only to get to the same conclusions you've been advising before.
What's your experience on building culture? What are your main struggles? What is effective?
Culture is often times built organically. Something I have found is working with like-minded people that embrace a similar approach to work. Every business has a culture rather it's positive or negative and all are different. You have to build it up, nurture it, and be open-minded to what others suggest and to change. As your team grows, I would recommend having someone that is in charge of events, activities, team discussions, etc... basically a culture leader.
