Why is setting up Ghost on Digital Ocean going wrong?

Hey there,

The documentation for Ghost Digital Ocean Droplet set up is super simple.

1. Create the droplet
2. Propagate DNS with A records
3. Login through SSH to the droplet
4. Follow the prompts to setup, submitting your blog URL and SSL email address.

I'm running into issues..

1. For some reason, my SSL is not being processed. And for some reason my SSL is not working on my site.. I have checked the email that SSL is registered with through my domain provider and host..
2. The setup is not working! If I go to run ghost start or ghost doctor, it says that the command must be used where ghost CLI is installed. However when I run ghost -v it shows that Ghost CLI is installed! I have tried using a new user that isn't root to do this but it still gives an error.

Any tips from this info on what I should do?
