Why is this product page not converting? Free version for the best feedback

Hi Indiehackers,

Cubbit raised more than $1M on Indiegogo. That shows there is a demand for our product, so what's wrong with this page? https://order.cubbit.io/

I'm looking for some brutally honest feedback, so don't hold back. You'll get free access if you provide an insightful review.

Feel free to use https://www.loom.com/ or send me a video message of your screen. That is a far better medium than writing in this case.

Thank you!

    Hey lucas,

Here's a question you can ask yourself which might help you determine what to do next about the product's messaging:

"What's going on in the life of the visitor right before they get to your website?" Is there an "enough is enough" moment that they're going through?

If you find one of those "enough is enough" situations, then you can use just start the page by showing them you understand what they're going through, and the visitors will thinking to themselves "I feel seen" and they'll scroll with interest. This would be turning your page into a struggle-first page, which might be appropriate to communicate your product.

If you can't find such struggles preceding the sale (you can interview some buyers if you've got some), then in the end, maybe your product doesn't have a shot.

    Good luck man.

@lux, I found Cubbit quite interesting as a product idea. Being a tech enthusiast myself, I am kind of confused with what's wrong on your page. A simple superficial glance wont be pretty useful I guess.

If you are interested, I would be happy to make detailed video feedback of me reviewing the content and design of the website and share it with you! I think that's the way you might get some genuine feedback on the website.

I am a marketer who has just started out as an independent product reviewer, so in return, all I ask is that if you like my review, could you write a 2-3 liner review on my Upwork profile?

In that way, we both can help out each other! Let me know if that sounds interesting to you!

Website UI could be improved, but the main problem I think it's your positioning. It's not easy understand what the product solves for and does, and you provide very little context

      Thank you @visualdev, really appreciated!

So you didn’t understand the product at all or have you been able to find at least some value?

If I may ask you, what is your job? That helps me better understanding if you’re within our target or not.

I'm in web development, I'm quite technical, but not an engineer. I thought your product was a consumer product for privacy-sensitive people
