Why most people won’t engage with your goals but still watch them

Yesterday I shared an update about Stated.
Here’s what happened in ~24 hours:

Not impressive on the surface.

But it revealed something important:

👉 People don’t engage with commitments — they quietly observe them.
They read. They check in.
They just don’t react.

A day before, a similar post crossed 800+ views.

This one didn’t.
And that contrast made one thing clear:

👉 Visibility fluctuates. Showing up shouldn’t.
That’s exactly the problem I’m trying to solve with Stated:

Make commitments public
• Share progress through updates
• Build credibility over time

Not for likes.
Not for validation.
But for follow-through.
