    200 pre-signups and a sale on day one is a strong signal. The gap between early traction and sustained growth is where most solo projects die. What would you do differently on retention if you started over?

    Most solo founders fail because the product is good but the brand feels too experimental for real customers.
    Anyone else notice this identity problem early on?
