Why my last side-project failed before it began

Hey IH 👋

I’m Manoj — cybersecurity consultant by day, indie builder by night.

A few years ago, I jumped into a side project I thought would take off. It didn’t. Not because the idea was bad, but because I never really tested if people needed it. That experience stuck with me.

Since then, I’ve been obsessed with one question: how can we know if an idea is worth building before we actually build it?

Now I’m working on a service that helps anyone validate ideas early — something simple, structured, and available to all.

I’m curious — how do you validate your ideas before committing to them?
