Have you ever gone through a full website redesign...
and still saw no real lift in conversions?
Last year, after months of work (and a decent budget), we launched a brand-new SaaS website.
It looked beautiful.
The messaging felt cleaner.
The UX was buttery smooth.
But guess what?
Our trial signups barely moved.
What we realized later was:
✅ Visuals don’t fix unclear value propositions
✅ Pretty pages don’t guide users toward action
✅ Without understanding behavior, redesigns are just hope
We thought “new design = better conversions” — but in reality, flow, clarity, and user insight were the real missing pieces.
Curious to hear — what’s been your biggest lesson (or frustration) from a redesign? Always learning from other founders too.
