One thing I've learned about design—whether it's a product, a website, or a home—is that small details often create the biggest impact.
Recently, I replaced a set of old kitchen cabinet knobs with simple brass ones. It wasn't an expensive renovation or a major remodel, but the space immediately felt cleaner, more cohesive, and more intentional.
It reminded me of an important principle that also applies to building products: incremental improvements compound over time. You don't always need a complete redesign to improve the user experience. Sometimes a thoughtful tweak is enough to change how people perceive the entire experience.
What's the smallest change you've made that delivered an unexpectedly big result?
