Why ReplyBuddy!?

I'm Haris, and I built ReplyBuddy because I watched a friend's restaurant lose customers over something completely preventable. Unanswered Google reviews.

She had 4.4 stars. Great food. Loyal regulars. But she'd go weeks without replying to reviews because she was running the kitchen, managing staff, doing payroll. The reviews piled up. Some good ones with no "thank you." Some bad ones with no response at all. Meanwhile, the place down the street, worse food, honestly! They had replied to every single review. Guess who was ranking higher on Google Maps?

That's the moment I started building ReplyBuddy.

What it does:

You paste a review (or import CSV) connect Zapier, and ReplyBuddy generates a reply in under 3 seconds. But here's what makes it different from just asking ChatGPT:

- It learns your voice. Upload your past replies, and ReplyBuddy builds a "Brand DNA" profile. Your tone, your sign-offs, your personality. Every reply it writes sounds like you actually sat down and wrote it.

- SEO happens automatically. Your business name, location, and industry keywords get woven into every reply naturally. No keyword lists. No thinking. Every reply you post becomes a small signal to Google that your business is active and relevant.

- It handles the hard ones too. 1 star review from someone who had a bad experience? ReplyBuddy writes something empathetic, professional, and on-brand without admitting fault where it shouldn't.

What it doesn't do:

It doesn't post without your approval (unless you specifically turn that on). It's not a bot that fires off "Thank you for your feedback!" to everyone. The whole point is that these replies should be indistinguishable from you writing them yourself.

Vercel Pro, Vercel KV, Anthropic Claude Haiku, Google OAuth, Resend for emails, LemonSqueezy for billing. Solo developer, built from scratch.
