I now assign the task of checking these to a team member cause every so often I STILL make one of these mistakes.
We had a bug where our "top milestones" email wasn't being sent to 90% of users. Can you spot how long it took me to realize it? Definitely a face palm moment. 🤦🏾♂️

I'm not sure if other SaaS founders do this, but I build URLs (affixed with a secret key) that allow me to log in as my customers to see that everything is working as it should.
I want to see what they see and use what they use. Exactly the same thing.
