Why side projects fail

People who have something to fall back on usually end up falling back on it. Desperation-induced focus matters more than most things when creating value. Why? The intensity level of output is higher if you have everything to lose. No plan B.

Side hustles are amazing for getting your first paid customers. But going ALL IN on Ollie changed the level of value I could create for our customers.
