When you’re building a SaaS solo, it’s tempting to add every feature imaginable. But here’s the harsh truth:

💡 No one cares about your feature list.
Users care about solving their problems—fast.

When I started building my SaaS, I fell into the perfection trap. I spent too much time refining features that no one asked for. The result? Slower launch, zero feedback, and a lot of wasted effort.

🚀 What I Learned:
✅ Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) – Ship the core feature that solves the biggest pain point. Nothing more.
✅ Get Feedback Early – Launch quickly and let users tell you what they need next.
✅ Iterate Fast – Use feedback to prioritize what matters instead of guessing.

MVP Doesn’t Mean Low Quality
It means delivering the essence of your product and improving it based on real user input. In my case, I launched the core functionality using:
⚡ Next.js for the frontend
⚡ Firebase for real-time database
⚡ Stripe for payments

Result?
I went from idea to launch in 4 weeks and started getting real feedback that helped me improve the product.
