Why Supamail AI?

A few months ago, I hit email burnout.

I had over 200 unread emails across 6 Gmail accounts — newsletters, receipts, bank alerts, shipping updates, and the occasional really important one that I’d always end up missing.

That mess actually caused real problems — missed deadlines, delayed payments, and constant stress every time I opened Gmail.

I tried existing email tools, but most of them focused on writing emails faster, not understanding the ones you receive. That’s when I realized — the inbox hasn’t evolved. We don’t need more ways to send emails. We need a better way to read them.

So I built Supamail AI — your inbox, summarized.

✨ What Supamail Does

  • One-Line Summaries → Every email is condensed into a short, clear summary you can understand at a glance.

  • Sender-Based Grouping → Multiple emails from the same sender are grouped into one clean thread.

  • Smart Categorization → Emails are auto-sorted into Important, Transactional, and Promotional using AI.

  • Custom Notifications → Turn off entire categories (like Promotions) and only get alerts for what matters.

  • Timed Daily Summaries → Choose when to receive one clean digest — up to 4 times a day.

  • Smart AI Replies → Reply instantly with AI-generated responses that understand the full context.

  • Privacy First → Supamail never stores or reads your emails. We’re CASA Tier-2 certified, ensuring complete data isolation and security.

💡 Why It Exists

Because your inbox should help you focus, not frustrate you.

Supamail exists for people who want a calmer, smarter inbox — one that works for you, not against you.

I really like this. The best products always seem to come from solving our own frustrations. I’ve trying to build something similar for tradesmen (TaskWrench AI), and it started the same way...seeing a real problem every day and deciding to fix it myself.
