Why we built a managed Nextcloud hosting platform

Most cloud tools today are easy to use… but you give up control.
And when you t like Nextcloud, it quickly becomes complex and hard to manage.

We kept asking a simple question:
Why should people have to choose between convenience and privacy?

So we built CloudBased Backup, a fully managed Nextcloud hosting solution.
You get a secure, private, GDPR-compliant cloud, without dealing with servers, updates, or maintenance.

Would love honest feedback from anyone who’s tried self-hosting or is looking for a better cloud alternative.
