Why We Built Picnie + How Teams Are Using It 🚀

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Mukul, co-founder of Picnie.

Over the past year, we’ve been building Picnie to solve a challenge we faced ourselves — creating, customizing, and automating visuals at scale without juggling multiple tools.

During our beta, teams have been using Picnie in some interesting ways:

  • Marketing teams auto-generate campaign PDFs directly from Google Sheets

  • Social teams bulk-create branded posts with custom frames in minutes

  • Developers use REST APIs and Webhooks to generate images on demand

  • AI-powered tools like OCR, background removal, and image optimization streamline content workflows

We’ve also focused on making automation seamless with integrations:

  • Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, and Pabbly for no-code workflows

  • REST APIs for developer-first automation

Picnie isn’t just another design editor — it’s becoming a visual automation layer for scaling content creation.

🚀 We just went live on Product Hunt today:

If you find Picnie useful, your feedback and support would mean a lot 🙌

I’d love to know:

  • How are you currently managing bulk creatives for campaigns, reports, or social posts?

  • What’s the biggest bottleneck you face when working with images, PDFs, or banners?
