Why We Built Progress Magic

As a service-based company with a focus on the health sector, we’ve worked closely with therapists and coaches. Over time, we saw the same struggles everywhere—hours lost to admin, the challenge of keeping clients engaged, and the feeling of being constantly stretched too thin.

With our experience in the field, we knew there had to be a better way. That’s why we created Progress Magic. Using AI and gamification, we set out to reimagine how therapists and coaches work, solving these challenges in a way that truly supports them.
