Why we launched Fullsend. Hint: marketing is hard.

After 20 years of building products, my co-founder Matt and I kept running into the same frustrating truth. We’d pour our hearts into ideas that had real potential, things we truly believed could make a difference, but too often, they didn’t take off. It wasn’t just us. We saw the same thing happen to other founders: smart people with great products that never got the attention they deserved. Not because they weren’t good, but because no one knew they existed.

The pattern was clear. As builders, we tend to focus everything on the product itself, getting it to work, making it beautiful, adding features. But without a clear way to explain the value or connect with the right audience, even the best ideas get lost.

The truth is, buying decisions aren’t purely logical. People don’t just want features; they want solutions that make their lives easier and stories that resonate with who they are or who they want to become.

At the same time, AI and no-code tools have made it easier than ever to launch something new. That’s a good thing, but it also means the market is more crowded than ever. Today, the real challenge isn’t building, it’s getting noticed. And that’s where most creators struggle.

So that's why we created Fullsend, an AI content marketing platform for builders to help them market their business. We are fully bootstrapped and hope you like what we have built. You can try it for Free at https://www.fullsendhq.com/.

Thank you in advance for your support and let us know what you think!

Hi there! I'm Matt, JP's co-founder. It's easy for us product builders and engineers to fixate on features, but marketing our products and getting customers is super important and really tough. JP and I are hoping to make that easier for indie hackers like ourselves.
