Why we pivoted our startup!?

Well, we started Leanbe back in 2021, and as many of you did, we also launched our MVP on Product Hunt. We were surprised by the results since we managed to reach first place as a product of the day, week, and month.
During that period we mainly thought that Leanbe was going to be a product feedback and announcements tool.

Soon we understood that it was not going to work as the market was full of similar products and there is not much we can do to innovate in that area.
That's when we started to do customer interviews with product managers and leaders, and after understanding the main pain points, we started to develop the second version of Leanbe 2.0 which is aimed at helping product managers make better product decisions, driven by data and AI.

Leanbe 2.0 introduces new features such as:

• AI scoring system
• Data-driven idea prioritization
• Automatic competitor analysis
• Feature request and feedback collection system
• Public roadmap
• Announcements
• OKR management
• Persona compatibility
