Why we're building CofounderFit before the equity split

Most cofounder problems become expensive only after the company is underway. CofounderFit is a 62-question assessment designed to help founders discuss compatibility before committing to a partnership. It looks at leadership, risk, work approach, communication, decision-making, stress and conflict, values, and vision/execution.

We’re still early and have no revenue yet; right now we’re focused on making the assessment useful, clear, and practical for founders. I’d love feedback from other indie hackers: what questions would you want answered before choosing a cofounder?
