    One thing I'd be curious about is whether the mismatch is actually the problem people feel most strongly.

    Sometimes teams talk about the visible symptom because it's easy to point at, while the thing creating the frustration sits somewhere else entirely.

      Absolutely. I think the mismatch is often just the visible symptom. The bigger frustration can be the back-and-forth, unclear feedback, wasted dev time, or simply not knowing whether the final build is actually ready to ship. That’s actually what we are exploring with Whoogy...

        That’s more interesting. The mismatch sounds like the entry point, while the real value may be in reducing the uncertainty and rework around getting a build actually ready to ship.
