Why you should open source your product

During the last two years, I have spent a lot of time trying to build organic traffic for one of my products. In this article I share how I managed to achieve +15K monthly visitors for my site by making my product open source.

Open source communities are welcoming and helpful. I've built this https://appswithcode.org and got received tremendous support.

What kind of open source license would you recommend?
I have been debating going open source for sometime now for fabform.io

To be honest, I have not done any deep digging in licenses. The most important thing to think about for me would be to not allow anyone to re-sell the code. Other than that I would be fine with almost any usage.

Liking the product, thought of something similar myself at one point :)
