Wild volumes of usage right now

One of our customers is a major UK news publisher. They publish a massive proportion of the newspapers in the UK.

Tonight, they launched The Great Coronavirus Survey which aims to build up a picture of how the readers of each regional publication feel in about 40 different survey questions.

Of course, they’re using our product doopoll.

The scale of this is totally wild. We knew it’d be huge but I didn’t fully appreciate how much data we’d process in the first few hours.

I can’t share the numbers but they are eye watering.

The crazy thing is that it’s entirely likely that by midnight we’ll have the best picture of how the UK feels during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

This is one of those ‘wow, we made this in our spare rooms and now we’re on all the front pages’ moments.

I am totally wired rn. Just had to tell you guys 😂

So much fun watching socials too as people are talking about it. When your product gets used like this, it's just unbelievably proud-making.

    Good work. Keep going.
