Will I be able to sell this ?

I'm building a collection Static Gatsby Websites and will connect them with simple GoogleSheets for updating the page contents.
Gatsby Templates includes templates for product listing websites, ecommerce websites, personal websites and voting or polling websites.

My unique point of selling will be :-

1. Few open source Gatsby Templates that are free to use.

2. I will open source the whole source code of One Gatsby Template that pulls live data from Google Sheet when deployed in Netlify.

• Giving customers a free and Open source version of sheet-to-website.

3. A good collection of websites templates.

4. Coming to cost to have a website.
   With Netlify as a host + free template, it will cost nothing to make a website live
   With a one time payment one can use premium template and Netlify hosting to
   go live. In that case also your per month hosting charges can also be $0.
   With a slight higher one time payment one can have template + google sheet connection. In that case also the user is free to host their own website in netlify. He/she can start hosting website at $0, and can pay as the website scales to Netlify.
   However, I don't have any idea , how to sell the google sheet connection plugin.

With this I will try to sell :-

1. Premium Gatsby websites.
   All Gatsby Websites have Reactjs Components that one can use in other projects.
2. Premium Gatsby website connected to Google Sheet.
3. Support service to connect a gatsby website to Google Sheet or netlify CMS.

Knowing that website building space is quite filled up already , I have chosen the above USPs according to the present market gap.
What do you thing ? Will this sell?
