We use a simples tool to manage our sales pipelines amd leads. I believe this could he useful to indiehackers and small businesses.

I have seen few like Freshsales and Zoho CRM. To me they were kind of heavy woth too much distractions.
To start with the focus is on the sales pipeline. Without unwantes features. The opportunity gets created and then managed (moving around the pipeline and comments, file attachments, reminders etc).
We also have simple reports which are important for a small team.
