Will no-code need coding?
That is quite an interesting question, I keep on going back from time to time.
No-code and low-code can help save a lot of development time but it is quite boring to use a drag and drop interface when you are a developer. Furthermore, there are a few things you might want to code from scratch to make sure, it is efficient.
I'm pretty sure that the future of low-code will involve some hybrid work:
- Visual builder for non-essential features
- Coding for application critic component

Hi @FabianMaume, We built our Team Mood Sharing App: MoodFirst using a no-code platform called Bubble.io. This was a great way to get started and we launched our MVP in about 3-4 weeks.
Eventually, Bubble became quite frustrating as we kept running into problems we couldn't solve with their drag and drop workflows and we ended up spending a lot of time using complex workarounds. The performance also became a big issue. I've had a similar experience with Microsoft PowerApps in the past.
My ideal product would a no-code platform that would integrate with traditional server-side code/database so we could continue to prototype new features rapidly but then code them once we were ready.
