I think the lack of confidence is temporary.
Lots of people talk a big game about leaving etc, but if they have a solid network on Twitter they will probably stay.
Yes, I feel this, I love Twitter and don't really want to leave :|
My prediction, Twitter changes very little in the next 2 years.

Honestly, I have no clue. But I'm the kind of person who would pay $8p/m for the blue tick + the extra benefits.

That is a very interesting perspective on the change of ownership at Twitter. I'm assuming some influx might be seen at niche communities, but it will probably require more radical drawbacks when people use Twitter to turn away from it at a larger scale.
What is your opinion on this?

I didn't link really link the change in ownership to the lack of confidence as @luceos mentions here. It just feels like there's space for something more authentic to me
