I've built a Wondrful AI that is a chatbot trained on your documents inside Slack.
I recorded my screen showing how it works: https://youtu.be/k2owyHPbpVE
You can upload any document and your Chatbot is ready in 2s to answer any IT support questions for your team.
Will this Chatbot ever replace IT support?
Thanks for sharing the video and the chatbot you built. It looks cool! I'm new to the forum, so I'm not sure if this chatbot will ever replace IT support, but I'd love to hear what others think. That being said, I do think that chatbots can be really useful for IT support. For example, https://www.nwitservices.com offers 24/7 chatbot support for IT services and IT help desk needs. It's great for automating basic help desk tasks, like resetting passwords or entering new user info, so IT teams can focus on more complex issues. It's definitely worth considering.
I think eventually it will replace most of the human workers
Does it always have the right answer?
Almost 90%.
