Yeah, one of our core principles is to make it easy as possible for people to consume the content. And I put a considerable amount of effort to make it readable/better and adds value to the readors.

"Forms to PDF merge" was the idea that got my thoughts flowing. I'm still considering the idea, but as I haven't even attempted to create a SaaS before, I first need to figure out what problem that would be solving and what specific market/niche to target. Been thinking a lot about what businesses need to gather information into PDF forms and would prefer a clean UI (in the form of a web form) to gather that info. Then, thinking about validating the idea is the scary part for me. Don't really know how to get in front of my target market (whoever they may be) to figure out what their problems and needs are and determine if I can meet these needs. I don't have an audience, nor much of a network, so that's the most difficult part for me.
Probably more importantly than that, the concept of picking a crowded market (shows demand) and REALLY niche-ing down was a really good reminder for me. Has improved my thought process when evaluating ideas.
This book on Micro SaaS might help.
I am drafting this one and set for launch this month.
