With the money ready, which SaaS service should I buy?

I'm a student here in Denmark, which means I get a small amount of money every month. It's around €140, and I'm willing to spend it all every month.
After launching my website sailnear. com, I'm looking for a solution to
promote it. Perhaps I could buy ads, invest in a CRM, email marketing or something else.
But there seems to be so many tools that all promise to drive more user engagements. So I don't know what service to choose.
I would love to support some indie hackers, if they provide a solution Sailnear needs.
My website is a social media providing a feed of news articles. And right know my biggest concern is getting more users to sign up.
Also what service would you recommend I spend the money on? Ads, email marketing etc.?
I recommend ahrefs.com and i'm willing to split the cost 50/50, but its an amazing tool for marketing/seo/etc.

Same, ahrefs is so good I love it so much, the only downside is that is a little bit expensive.
I wouldn't spend any money on ads or software at this point. CRM, email marketing - you can easily use free plans offered by most companies offering such (and other) products.
If I were you, I'd start with improving your landing page copy as it's not clear what the main benefit of using your product is. Is it that the news is unbiased? Explain how is the news selected. If the main value prop is that it's personalized - explain how it's done.
Short pages, in general, work well for products that people are familiar with and that don't need explaining e.g. newsletters. Your product is something new so needs more convincing.

Save your money for now, and focus on improving the product and talking to users. Find people (anywhere) and try to get them to use it. Do they use it? If yes, perfect, ask them what you should improve. If not, why not? Read this book http://momtestbook.com/ about user testing.
I signed up for your service, and the FIRST piece of news I get is from Fox News. I am almost 100% sure that your core users are the exact opposite of people reading Fox. Why am I getting this? I see no way to change any settings, you didn't ask me what my preferences are? How am I supposed to get better content from this service?
