Wordpress demo dev help

Working on a new project and currently trying to get a simple demo setup. This is a SaaS B2b web app product. Before building the full product I am trying to put together a simple Wordpress based demo.

I am already working with a designer. We have ~10 pages completed (PSD's ready), total pages eventually would be 20 - 25. Simple word press stuff, nothing too fancy.
