How do you do it?

How much work is too much work?

How do you spend more time working on your business than working in your business?

Personally, I've found myself to be too much of a bottleneck lately and have only been able to outsource small portions of what I do.

Ideally I'd like to get to a place where output quality remains high but also have enough free time to not be constantly stressed by deadlines. I find myself spending more time in the trenches doing the work than actually building my business.
