Worked on an NRFI model for 18 months. From that time, I'm up 123 units so far.

Been working on an NRFI (No Run First Inning) model for the last year and a half. Started as a side project, but it kind of took over my life for the last year and a half.

I built it all myself. Model, backend, and the site, mainly so I could avoid relying on 3rd-party tools and automate the whole thing end to end. Been posting the picks and results daily this season.

Right now it’s sitting at +122.75 units for 2024 and 2025. All NRFI bets, nothing else.

I actually ended up writing my college thesis on the model and the results — mostly focusing on how micro-markets like this might stay inefficient longer than sides or totals.

Wondering if anyone else here has built anything around inning-based props, or found other small betting markets worth targeting. Feels like there’s still a decent edge in these low-volume spots if you stay focused.
