Working demo: stop discovering expired tickets at the gate (mining contractor quals)

I'm the solo founder of qualifyiq — a working demo for mining-service contractors who need shift qualification readiness before workers hit the gate.

What it does today:

  • Shift readiness view for who's clear / missing / expired
  • AI-assisted compliance briefing (helps draft; human stays in control)
  • Suggested covers with availability/site-approval caveats (doesn't change the roster)
  • Document chase + worker upload portal
  • Evidence review/approval + QR gate pass

Demo (open, no login): https://qualifyiq-staging.vercel.app/

I'm looking for:

  1. Pilot conversations with people who live this problem (contractor ops / supervisors / quals admins)
  2. Unpaid collaborators or feedback partners who will try the demo and tell me what's wrong

Built solo with help from Claude and Codex. No paying customers claimed — early and usable, hunting honest feedback.

If this overlaps your world, comment or DM. Happy to walk the demo.

The gate-readiness problem sounds consequential, but with no pilots yet the key signal seems to be whether teams would actually make this part of their pre-shift process. Have any contractors walked through a real upcoming shift with QualifyIQ and changed how they prepare workers?

The QR gate pass feels like a strong wedge here. I’d pay attention to the “why is this worker blocked?” part too, since supervisors will probably need the missing/expired reason more than another status screen. Are you testing it against one contractor’s current spreadsheet first?
