Working on a new way to monitise your podcasts. Would love feedback!

I produce the popular Nextmen podcast in the UK (top. 100 on iTunes store in music category) which has been running since 2010. I’ve been working on a new product to help monetise any podcast. It was built to scratch my own itch as I couldn’t find anything on the market to satisfy my requirements so I built it myself. I’m looking for a bit of product feedback before launch so if you are a podcaster and have a few minutes to spare I would love to hear from you.

If it was simple and didn't require you to move podcast hosts, would you consider integrating a service onto your podcast that enabled paid subscriptions for your listeners?

We’re planning on launching with the following features, how do you feel about them? Can you think of anything else you’d like to see?

• Paid subscribers can receive an alternate version of episodes (longer, or ad free)
• You can set the maximum amount of episodes in free feed, meaning only subscribers can access the full back catalogue.
• You can set some episodes to show for subscribers only.
• You can choose to automatically delay the release of new episodes to non-paying listeners meaning paid subscribers get them first.
• You can set sections, or all of your show-notes to only show for subscribers. Great for premium information like tracklistings or extended episode information.
• You can set your own one off, monthly, or yearly fee.
• Existing subscribers can continue enjoying your podcast as normal, they just don’t get the exclusive extras.
• Works with any existing podcast RSS feed.
• Works on a podcast of any size, no matter if you audience is 10 or 10,000.

Our basic account is free so if you get no subscribers it costs you nothing :)
