While I'm working on my side-project (www.koppie.app) during my spare time, the landing page for another idea of mine is slowly but steady growing without me actively promoting it. It's still under 100 people, but still growing.
Idea 2 is easier and faster to implement, but I'm in a really nice flow for my current active project.
What would you do? Jump to the other one? Start an inquiry of the people on the waiting list for idea #2? Keep going steadily with your current project?
I've been thinking about setting an imaginary trigger like 120 subscribers before acting at all?
I don't think your suscribers will go anywhere. Don't rush.
Usually our newer ideas seen shinier and the temptation to jump to them is really strong. Unless your current project will take you years to complete I will advice to continue working on the first one.
Good point on them not going anywhere. Thanks for your insights.
Im tinkering on doing a low effort reachout like an update with small poll to see what’s going on, but that might be done better when I’ve shipped my current side project. 🙏🏻
