Working Space/Incubator for Saas Operations

Hi.

Product Hunt does a service allowing WebApps to achieve exposure, Indiehackers gives a sortof sense of community, news.ycombinator gives article/posts connections..

But where is the site/area that is created for the sole purpose of potential operations getting down to the "hard" issues of validating/building/testing/iteration/repeat.

If you're trying to make this thing work, why does it appear to be "difficult" to quickly/easily get some of the pieces for a process that someone else has probably already resolved!
