Working with Alfred

I'm working with Alfred this morning, my fellow conversational AI for Messenger.

I've already been able to validate that someone who spend more than 1h daily on Messenger for his business will save about 50% time with Alfred.

Questions I'm still pondering :

• What are the common traits of business that fit in this ">1h chats daily" and how can I get to them?

• Building on a single channel (Messenger) makes our product niched and simple to use but at what cost? Being at the mercy of Facebook is not enticing but ManyChats seems to be doing well.
