World's Smallest Landing Page - is it worth it?

"World's Smallest" - well I have seen smaller ones... Such strong words can put some people off...

Since it is such a small page, why do I need to scroll? It allows me to scroll like 100 pixels down on my FHD screen. This should be adjusted.

As of explaining - no, it confuses the visitor.

Here is the flow:

-your site name is UserCV - so it must be a CV building tool.
-your headline says something about a personal website with the marketplace (so, not a CV, but some kind of shop? Why do I need it? What problems does it solve?)
-text below the header - so all of sudden this is for hire site, some shop, a blogging platform and apparently you can even create a CV. I still don't know what this is and why do I need it. Is this one of those sites that try to be everything too hard? The one that can't do one thing really good, instead it tries to be mediocre at many? Why would I use that?
-it then asks me to put a link or chose a subdomain. I still don't know why.
-go down to buttons "explore users" - great, so this is a social network as well?
-once again, go below - finally, some explanation THAT SHOULD BE A HEADER. The bad news is, most of the potential users already left.

In your case, "Smallest" or to be precise "Small" landing page is not the way you want to go. You apparently have some feature packed product with many options. One of your strengths can be to show them as screenshots, list all the features, etc.

Simply - explain who you are, what you do, and why you are better than others.

And one more - either you are mainly CV creation platform, or you are not. If not, then change a domain.
