Would an employer / recruiter want this service?

Instead of having a top candidate slip through the crack due to automation, have a team of people manually read every resume and manually sort them, then provide the top 10 or so candidates to the employer? Charge per volume, each resume takes maybe 10 seconds to skim and sort.
