Would anyone be interested if I built something in public with vanilla PHP + MySQL?

I know everyone these days use frameworks. I was just wondering if anyone would be interested if I built software (SaaS related to customer and order management) in public?

Second question: what is the best way to build in public? My own blog? or some other platform like Medium?
